When Should I Have My Lincoln Serviced?

As a luxury vehicle, the Lincoln Corsair is able to provide you with longer mileage between oil changes. It uses an Intelligent Oil-Life Monitor to determine exactly when an oil change is needed based on how the vehicle is used.

If you drive the vehicle normally with highway driving, no towing or only moderate towing or loads, and on flat to moderately hilly roads, you should change the oil every 7,500 to 10,000 miles. If you do tow or load moderate to heavy objects, or drive off-road or mountainous roads, change the oil every 5,000 to 7,500 miles. If you use the maximum towing or operate in extreme settings, change the oil every 3,000 to 5,000 miles.

At each oil change, it’s also recommended that you rotate the tires, inspect transmission fluid levels, brake pads, rotors, and hoses, and engine coolant, among other essential parts of the vehicle.

It’s recommended that you change the brake fluid every three years. Every 20,000 miles, you should replace the cabin air filter. Every 30,000 miles, you should replace the engine air filter.
